Screed Vibrators

Durga Construction Machinery's Screed Vibrators (CVS25 series) are flexible shaft internal concrete vibrators used during concrete pouring to eliminate air voids, improve compaction, and achieve dense, strong concrete. The flexible shaft design allows the vibrator head to reach all areas of the pour — including congested rebar zones — ensuring complete compaction throughout the slab thickness.

The CVS25C uses a Honda GX35 4-cycle gasoline engine (1.2 HP max output, 0.65 Ltr fuel tank, 25 Kg) for remote sites without electrical supply. The CVS25E operates on three-phase electrical power (0.2 HP, 20 Kg) for sites with power supply. Both models use 2000mm flexible shaft with 200mm head diameter for effective vibration in standard concrete pours.
