Payment terms will be clearly specified in your order confirmation or quotation document. Typically, we require an advance payment at the time of order confirmation, with subsequent payments linked to milestones such as equipment dispatch and delivery completion. The standard payment structure includes advance payment ranging from 30% to 50% of the total order value, with the balance payable before or upon delivery as mutually agreed. All payments must be made through authorized channels including bank transfers, NEFT, RTGS, cheques, or digital payment methods as specified by our accounts team. We do not accept cash payments beyond the limit prescribed by Indian law. Payment receipts and invoices will be provided for all transactions in compliance with GST regulations. Any additional taxes, duties, transportation charges, or levies imposed by government authorities after order confirmation will be billed separately and must be borne by the customer. In case of order cancellation by the customer, cancellation charges will apply as per the stage of order processing. If cancellation occurs before equipment dispatch, we will refund the advance payment after deducting 10-20% as cancellation charges. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges, transportation costs, and any costs already incurred by the company.

All our construction equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturing defects and material quality issues. The warranty period and specific terms vary by product category and will be provided in your warranty certificate or invoice documentation. Generally, warranty coverage ranges from 6 months to 1 year from the date of delivery, depending on the equipment type. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions but does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, modifications, natural disasters, electrical fluctuations, or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts, spare parts subject to regular replacement, and damages due to improper handling or operating the equipment beyond specified capacity are not covered under warranty. For warranty claims, customers must notify us in writing or via email with relevant details, photographs, and equipment serial numbers. Our technical team will assess the claim and provide appropriate resolution within reasonable timeframes, which may include repair, replacement of defective parts, or guidance on proper usage. We also offer paid maintenance, repair services, and spare parts supply for issues not covered under warranty.
